Despite relief plan, bankers worry about small business health

As many businesses find themselves in limbo, struggling with no economic activity and trying to find a way to pay their rent or mortgage and their employees, businesses’ uncertainty is underlined because there is no sense of when things will start to return to normal.
That’s what David Schwartz, the president of the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA), said.
