Cuban Exile History Museum broadens search for home

Three months after Miami-Dade lawmakers nixed plans to build a Cuban Exile History Museum behind AmericanAirlines Arena, the nonprofit behind it has broadened its search for a new location.
In early March, county commissioners pulled the plug on the planned museum project, which was to rise alongside a planned African American history museum on the roughly three-acre parcel formerly known as “Parcel B.”
