County urges NAFTA changes tied to farm labor wage gap with Mexico

Miami-Dade County commissioners passed a resolution Tuesday to urge President Donald Trump to renegotiate the North American Free Trade Agreement with particular attention to the disparity in agricultural labor costs between Mexico and the US.
