County parks advisory committee still 10 members short

The Parks and Recreation Citizens Advisory Committee, which enables local citizens to make recommendations to improve and promote parks facilities and programs in Miami-Dade County, is still looking to fill 10 of 26 of its county commission-appointed seats.
