Colorful Flagler Street Art Festival a test for downtown

The Flagler Street Art Festival is turning downtown Miami upside down.
A presentation from the founder of Urban Impact Labs, Marta Viciedo, and the co-founder of Topos Graphics, Seth Labenz, revealed the brand that the Downtown Development Authority helped fund with $90,000. A DDA Board meeting Oct. 29 covered the colors, shapes and schemes for the brand of the Flagler Street Art Festival, “Upside Downtown.”
