City board recommends OK of mixed-use Wynwood plan

Six platted lots in Wynwood are destined to become home to a major mixed-use development offering more than 44,000 square feet of office uses, along with new retail and residential uses.
Wynwood 28 Owner LLC plans to construct the Wynwood 28 project at 127 NW 27th St. In total, the development will have 230,131 square feet.
