Before coronavirus hit, residential sales rose 7.1%

Miami-Dade County total home sales in February rose 7.1% year-over-year. Existing condo transactions were up 4.7% while single-family home sales gained 9.8%, according to the Miami Association of Realtors. But the number of re-sales on the market fell.
Total home sales rose from 1,739 to 1,862. Single-family home sales rose from 805 to 884, which existing condo transactions rose from 934 to 978.
