After 17 developers show interest, Miami Beach seeks RFPs to build offices

Miami Beach commissioners voted unanimously last week to request proposals for Class A office development on four city-owned properties near Lincoln Road. According to a commission memo, any approved lease will be subject to voter referendum.

The request for proposals will include surface lots 25, 26 and 27 and parking garage G5. Developers will be able to bid on the four properties separately, all four together, Parking Lots 25 and 26 combined or Parking Lot 27 and Garage 5 combined.
