$900,000 incentives for cold storage firm on front burner

Miami-Dade commissioners Tuesday will decide whether to grant an unnamed company, identified in county documents only as “Confidential Project Frost,” up to $894,740 from its Targeted Job Incentive Fund (TJIF) program.
