9-mile snorkeling trail may stretch south from South Beach

Miami Beach is known for its cultural activations on land, but by next year’s Art Basel residents and guests may have a new underwater exhibit to check out.
Bluelab Preservation Society, a nonprofit focused on ocean pollution, water quality and climate change issues, is hoping to sink by December 2021 the first of many underwater art installations that will be accessible from the shore.
