BRAHMS FOR ALL

   The Miami Symphony Orchestra presents "Brahms 4 All," a concert conducted by Eduardo Marturet and Philippe Entremont on piano. CHAMELEON TRIO

ROCK MUSIC

   American rock band "A Day to Remember" performs with guests "Of Mice & Men." "A Day to Remember" hails from Ocala, Florida and was founded in 2003 by guitarist Tom Denney and drummer Bobby Scruggs, the band has released four studio albums, nine singles and eight music videos. 7:30 p.m. The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater, 1700 Washington Ave., Miami Beach. $30.50. POLISH PIANIST

   Friends of Chamber Music Miami presents the young Polish pianist Rafal Blechacz, who gained international renown from his sweep of all top prizes at the 15th International Frederick Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw in 2005 at the age of 20. He is the first pianist ever to be awarded First Prize and the individual polonaise, mazurka, sonata, and concerto prizes. 8 p.m. Florida International University’s Wertheim Auditorium, 11200 SW Eighth St., Miami. $10 students. $35 others. MAY CONCERT

   The Greater Miami Symphonic Band presents the 16th annual "May Pops Concert" featuring Loras John Schissel. Schissel, senior musicologist at the Library of Congress in Washington, DC, composer, arranger and conductor of the Virginia Grand Military Band and Cleveland’s Blossom Festival Band and Orchestra returns to guest conduct the GMSB in marches, novelties and arrangements by Henry Fillmore. 8 p.m. UM Maurice Gusman Concert Hall, 1314 Miller Drive, Coral Gables. $5 students and children 5 and older. $15 others.
