9 Apply For Trade Zone Status

Nine companies have applied to operate in PortMiami’s new giant foreign trade zone since it was created last summer. While some applications are pending approval, six sites are up and running.
"We are getting a couple of applicants a month," said Kevin Lynskey, PortMiami assistant director for business initiatives.
