Ballpark parking bond probe veiled

    County and city officials entangled in the federal probe of municipal bond sales that financed the Miami Marlins baseball stadium in Little Havana say there has been little action on their part since submitting records to investigators months ago.
   The feds are keeping such a tight lid on the case that Eric Bustillo, director of the US Securities & Exchange Commission's Southeast Regional Office in Miami, won't even confirm that an investigation exists.
