Foreign buyers push condo prices skyward

    Despite many so-called "distressed" properties, Southeast Florida condominium prices are creeping their way back up to pre-recession levels, aided by foreign buyers often making all-cash purchases, experts say.
   The region's average new condo sales price rose to $422 per square foot in 2012, up from $404 per square foot in 2011.
