TROPICAL BAROQUE

   The Miami Bach Society presents the "Tropical Baroque Music Festival XIV: Reflections of Italy." Highlights include "I Vitruosi delle Muse," a group known for their distinctive interpretations on original instruments of Italian and German music of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. "Poème Harmonique" from France presents "Venezia," directed by Vincent du Mestre in a performance pairing Monteverdi’s madrigals on the torments of love with light, witty works by Francesco Manelli. Also featuring the Royal Fireworks Music concert by Brass Miami with real fireworks. 7 & 8 p.m. concerts. Locations vary. HANDEL’S AGRIPPINA

   FIU Opera Theater presents George Frideric Handel’s "Agrippina," featuring the FIU Symphony Orchestra in a three-act opera of love, lust and intrigue in ancient Rome. 7:30 p.m. March 1 and 2. STREISAND TRIBUTE

   The Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra performs from the Streisand songbook with Keith Lockhart conducting and Ann Hampton Callaway on vocals.
