   UM’s Center for the Humanities lecture series presents "Bathing in Reeking Wounds: The Liberal Arts and the Arts of War" by Catherine R. Stimpson, professor and dean emerita of the graduate school of arts & sciences at NYU. Stimpson claims that the humanities are crucial in arriving at complex understandings of war.
