ARTOPIA
   The fifth annual Artopia showcases art, culture, fashion, food, music and film. Some of Miami's best artists, musicians, fashion designers, culinary masters and cocktail creators present their work. Guests enjoy complimentary food, wine, cocktail and beer sampling.    Miami Art Museum hosts a conversation with Artist Hew Locke and Kobena Mercer, Yale University, professor of the history of art and African American studies. This is the second time that Locke, one of four international artists commissioned to create work for the museum's 2013 reopening, visits Miami to engage the community in his process. 2 p.m. Reception will follow.
