Yacht club-condo has one target: Canadians

Developers are dangling a tasty carrot in the form of luxury condominiums and a yacht club to lure Canadian buyers down to warm weather.
While the number of Canadian buyers in Florida has declined since 2011, the team behind Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences believes now is the time more buyers from up north will enter the market.
