Milan, Miami work on swapping fairs

    A budding relationship between Miami and Milan could create here a scaled-down version of the famed week-long fair held in Italy's second-largest city every year.
   The municipalities are working on a festival exchange that Miami Mayor Tomás Regalado said has a good possibility of becoming reality.
   Milan, according to Mr. Regalado, has the resources — and wants to showcase those resources and products in Miami. Businesses want to come to Miami and bring their products, he said, just as they want Miami to go to Milan and showcase its products.
