   The Philadelphia Orchestra with Yannick Nézet-Séguin as music director; Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, guest conductor and André Watts on piano perform in "The Emperor Concerto." Score includes works by Bach, Beethoven, Brahms and Stokowski.    Caribbean "Calypso’ musician McCartha Lewis, known as Calypso Rose, is acclaimed in Trinidad and Tobago and is most noted for her hit song "Fire in Meh Wire."    Two-time Grammy-Award winner and the 2008 Classic FM/Gramophone Artist of the Year, violinist Hilary Hahn performs. Program includes Bach’s Chaconne, Fauré’s Sonata No. 1, Corelli’s Sonata No. 4 in F Major as well as a selection of her own "In 27 Pieces: the Hilary Hahn Encores," a series of short-form compositions for violin created by 27 composers which Hahn herself commissioned. 8 p.m. Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts Center, 1300 Biscayne Blvd., Knight Concert Hall, Miami. $50-$130.    Cuban-born jazz musician Arturo Sandoval performs in a Valentine’s Day Concert at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. Guests can set up their own blankets and picnic baskets or reserve private tables including wine and a candlelit dinner provided by Macy’s Catering.
