BRAZZDANCE
The Adrienne Arsht Center presents Afro-Brazilian contemporary dance group "Augusto Soledade BrazzDance," formerly known as Brazz Dance Theater, performing a blend of Argentine tango and American hip-hop. Choreographer Augusto Soledade is the recipient of the 2012 State of Florida Individual Artist Fellowship, the Guggenheim Fellowship Award in 2008 and Dance Miami Choreographer Fellowship in 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2012. Soledade was also winner of the 2012 Knight Arts Challenge in support of his Miami Dance Mecca Project. 7:30 p.m. Feb. 8-9.
