| ART Friday 1/25 NEW LIGHTThe Lowe Art Museum hosts a preview reception for exhibit "Infinite Mirror: Images of American Identity," featuring the work of first-generation Americans and emerging new immigrant artists surveying themes of race, gender, religion, history, politics and family. Also hosted is a reception and lecture for "Stephen Knapp: New Light," featuring 14 new light paintings. 7 p.m. UM School of Business, Storer Auditorium for lecture. 8 p.m. Lowe Art Museum at the University of Miami, 1301 Stanford Drive, Coral Gables, for reception. Wednesday 1/30 NEW ARTThe City of Coral Gables presents "New Art for the New Year," an exhibit celebrating art from galleries in Coral Gables.
