Realtors in the cockpit of some of South Florida’s largest brokerages see blue skies ahead; the only cloud on the horizon is a continuing shortage of inventory.
"We have arrived at a point where all of the indicators are positive," said Vanessa Grout, president & CEO of Douglas Elliman’s Florida operation. "A year ago it was difficult to measure because some indicators were up and some were down.
