Realtors' lament: too few homes for sale

    Realtors in the cockpit of some of South Florida's largest brokerages see blue skies ahead; the only cloud on the horizon is a continuing shortage of inventory.
   "We have arrived at a point where all of the indicators are positive," said Vanessa Grout, president & CEO of Douglas Elliman's Florida operation. "A year ago it was difficult to measure because some indicators were up and some were down. But we now know what new legislation in Congress will be, and I don't see any difficulties."
