Chamber may park HQ in garage

The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce might well move its headquarters to the Miami Parking Authority's 11-story mixed-used Courthouse Parking Garage at 40 NW Third St., according to Rolando Tapanes, authority director of planning and development.
