NEW YEAR
Bayfront Park New Year's Eve celebration features a dance party with Tony the Hitman and a countdown to midnight with Miami's "La Gran Naranja." At the south end of the park, this New Year's Eve icon will slowly ascend the side of the InterContinental Hotel, reaching the top at midnight in conjunction with a grand display of fireworks shot over beautiful Biscayne Bay. 8 p.m.-midnight.
