Biscayne Boulevard shutdown looms

    The Ultra Music Festival is asking the Florida Department of Transportation to close northbound lanes of Biscayne Boulevard between the Intercontinental Hotel and Northeast Sixth Street for two weekends in March to accommodate its two-weekend expansion.
   The festival, however, which was held in Bayfront Park for the first time this year, caused enough inconvenience as just one weekend, according to Love Levy, property manager for the Miami Center, a 34-story office building adjacent to the park.
   Two weekends, she said, would cause even more of a stir.
