County puts invocations on its agenda

    Miami-Dade commissioners are seeking to make an invocation an integral part of every commission meeting. Legislation to do so is headed to the full commission for a final vote.
   Commission meetings usually don't begin with an invocation — more often a moment of silence — but four members are proposing legislation that would make prayer a regular practice.
