Thank Heaven: New 7-Eleven bonanza

    More new look 7-Eleven stores are set to open downtown as the company continues its evolution to meet changing consumer trends.
   The three staples convenience stores have historically sold very well have been beer, soft drinks and cigarettes, said Quan Chhieng, franchise sales representative for South Florida.
   But cigarette sales have been in decline for many years, he said, as people begin to realize the health implications associated with smoking.
