Disney cruises win big Miami incentives

    With just a month to go before its first scheduled Miami sailing, Disney's Magical Cruise Co. pact with the Magic City is a done deal.
   The Miami-Dade County Economic Development & Social Services Committee last week approved a two-year contract with Disney cruise lines expected to generate $4.8 million for Port Miami. The full commission did the same Tuesday.
   "Finally, welcome Disney cruise," said Committee Chair Rebeca Sosa after the contract passed the committee 4-0.
