OUTDOORS Thursday 11/22 BISCAYNE NATUREThe Crandon Park Visitors and Nature Center offers the Bear Cut Preserve, a 264-acre natural barrier island habitat on the northern tip of Key Biscayne. Guided tours and educational programs are offered year round for all ages — from low tide marine beach and wading tours to bird watching, canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling and bicycling. MAKE A SPLASH Mountain bike a 5.5-mile trail in Amelia Earhart Park with challenging slopes and runs or practice a variety of water sports at the 91-acre lake. Touring Flagler Memorial Island, star-studded Star Island's waterfront mansions and Palm Island, where "Scarface" Al Capone spent his final years.
