NICE JAZZ
   The City of Nice, France brings its jazz festival for its Miami debut as the two-day "Miami Nice Jazz Festival." Performers include local jazz ensembles from FIU and UM; vocalist and host of NPR's JazzSet Dee Dee Bridgewater; and bassist/composer Kyle Eastwood's band, and The Florida International University Big Band, featuring Sally Night. Also featuring Latin jazz and salsa artist Eddie Palmieri and his Latin Jazz Band; and The South Florida Jazz Orchestra, with Chuck Bergeron and vocalist Nicole Henry. 7 p.m. through Oct. 27. JAZZ AT MOCA
   Michael Bellar and the As-Is Ensemble headline Jazz at MOCA. Michael Bellar is the founder, composer and keyboardist of the AS-IS Ensemble. DEBUSSY TRIBUTE
