   Miami Dade College's North Campus hosts the Miami International Festival of the Arts, featuring four days of visual arts, concerts, dance recitals, theatrical presentations, book readings and movies highlighting the talent of students and faculty and special invited guests. 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Through April 5. IN LITHUANIA
   The Jewish Museum of Florida hosts an opening reception for "Once Upon a Time in Lithuania and the Florida Connection," featuring English artist Naomi Alexander. She traveled Lithuania depicting the last remnants of Jewish heritage to be found, as well as her impressions of the people and their communities today. The museum expands the story using photographs and artifacts from Floridian Jews whose origins are from Lithuania. 6 p.m. Jewish Museum of Florida, 301 Washington Ave., Miami Beach.
