   WPLG-TV Local 10 newscaster Calvin Hughes is featured in the Miami Dade College Journalism Speaker Series. Mr. Hughes was one of the first journalists in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, after a 7.0 earthquake struck on Jan. 12, 2010. He has returned to Haiti nearly a dozen times.
