BLUES HARMONIES
South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center presents three-time Grammy Award winning blues artist Keb' Mo'. He performs after the release of his new album "The Reflection," his first since 2006. Keb' Mo' is a three-time Grammy Award winner for Best Contemporary Blues Album and was a key figure in the 2003 PBS series "Martin Scorsese Presents The Blues." 8 p.m. South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center, 10950 SW 211th St., Cutler Bay. $15-$35. The Frost School of Music 2012 Spring music concert's presents the Frost Symphony Orchestra student competition finalists Cecilia Huerta performing the Shostakovich Cello Concerto No. 1, Frank Capoferri performing the Creston Saxophone Concerto and guitarist Bruce Hurley Johnson performing his own composition "Concerto Blue." Singer-songwriter Craig Carothers presents a concert of original material. Mr. Carother's songs have been recorded by artists such as Kathy Mattea, Lorrie Markowitz, Andrea Zonn and Steve Seskin.
