   Broadway musical "Million Dollar Quartet" is inspired by the famed recording session that brought together rock 'n' roll icons Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins for the only time. 8 p.m. Additional performances through Jan. 1. VIENNA SALUTE
   The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and Attila Glatz Concert Productions present holiday concert "New Year's Concert 2012: Salute to Vienna," a recreation of the original Viennese production and officially recognized by the City of Vienna as an authentic Viennese New Year's celebration. This year's cast includes Hungarian conductor Imre Kollár, the Strauss Symphony of America, Viennese soprano Monica Mosser, Viennese tenor Joachim Moser and members of the Kiev-Aniko Ballet of Ukraine. Also joining the cast are International Champion Ballroom Dancers to perform the Viennese Waltz. 8 p.m. Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, 1300 Biscayne Blvd., Knight Concert Hall, Miami. $45-$105. MEMORIAL MOORE
   Memorial concert "Moore Strings" is held for Thomas Moore with maestro James Brooks-Bruzzese, conductor of Symphony of the Americas. Mr. Moore is remembered by students and musician friends in a string orchestra concert with works by Tchaikovsky, Bizet, Mozart, Elgar, Mascagni, Massenet, Schoenfield and Copland. Two former students perform on his Bergonzi violin made in the 1700s and played by him since 1972. 4 p.m. First Presbyterian Church, 609 Brickell Ave., Miami. Free for concert and silent auction following performance featuring watercolor paintings by Sandra Walsh Moore and Mr. Moore's personal items. Details: www.organiste.net.
