MUSIC FESTIVAL
   The second annual Orange Drive Miami Beach Music Festival is a three-day event of music artists, sponsored activations, a village opened to the public and Orange Bowl related festivities. An amphitheater will be constructed on the sand and recognized music performers and DJ's perform nightly. Artists include Pete Wentz, Ne-Yo, Jermaine Dupri, Boys II Men, Cee Lo Green, DJ Samantha Ronson and DJ Irie. The event is hosted by keynote speaker Daymond John. 7-11 p.m. Dec. 30. 9 p.m.-2 a.m. Dec. 31. 6-10 p.m. Jan. 1. Ocean Drive between seventh and ninth streets, Miami Beach. 3-day pass $155.15. THICKE PERFORMANCE
   The Delano hosts a New Year's Eve party with Grammy Award-nominee Robin Thicke performing poolside. The restaurant at Delano offers a four-course dinner with a midnight champagne toast and a special hors d'oeuvre reception. Doors open at 9 p.m. Delano, 1685 Collins Ave., Miami Beach. SOUNDCLASH
   "Red Bull Soundclash" presents a live music showcase featuring a first-time match-up between artists Ludacris and Mike Posner. The show features two bands with different styles facing off on two stages positioned on opposite ends of the venue with the audience in the middle. In addition, count down to midnight with Miami's "Big Orange," an ascending New Year's Eve icon reaching the top of the InterContinental Hotel at midnight in conjunction with a display of fireworks. 7 p.m.-midnight.
