Author Christina Gonzalez celebrates the paperback release of "The Red Umbrella," telling of Lucia and her brother’s journey from Cuba to America as part of an organized exodus — "Operation Pedro Pan" — of more than 14,000 unaccompanied children sent by their parents to escape Fidel Castro’s regime.
