CINEMA GREEN
   Documentary "Green Bin Project" screens and tells the story of partners Jen and Grant spearheading the topic of waste production in the US directly by seeing who can produce the least landfill garbage in one year. Features interviews with artist Chris Jordan and marine pollution expert Cap. Charles Moore. This documentary screens with short film "One Beach," directed by surf filmmaker Jason Baffa and produced by Farm League.    "The Hedgehog" is inspired by New York Times bestseller "The Elegance of the Hedgehog" by Muriel Barbery. The film tells of Paloma, bent on ending it all on her upcoming twelfth birthday. Using her father's old camcorder to chronicle the hypocrisy she sees in adults, Paloma begins to learn about life from the grumpy building concierge, Renée Michel. When Paloma's camera reveals the secret library in Renée's back room, Paloma begins to understand that there are friends to be found even among the coldest of people. As the unlikely friendship deepens, Paloma's own coming of age becomes a much less pessimistic prospect. 7 p.m. Additional screenings through Dec. 15.
