MAGICAL CITY
   Playwright Nilo Cruz's "Night Train to Bolina" is set in an unidentified, war-torn Latin American country where peasant youths Mateo and Clara create an imaginary world to cope with their realities. They then decide to run away to Bolina, a mythical city where lost kites rest. 8 p.m. Additional performances through Sept. 24. TALENT LUNCHEON
   The New Neighbors Club of South Dade luncheon welcomes Barbara S. Stein, executive producing director and co-founder of Actors' Playhouse, and artistic director David Arisco. Ms. Stein shares the history and future of this local theater in Coral Gables. She has written, produced and directed a series of educational plays for children and is initiating the children's educational programming at Actors' Playhouse and the National Children's Theatre Festival. 11 a.m. Coral Gables Country Club, 997 N.
