   The Miami Seaquarium presents aerial performance "Pirates of the Colombian Caribbean" as part of its "Swashbuckling Summer" program. Pirates take over the park all summer with duels 30 feet in the air, a 25-foot-tall Giant Shark slide and a Pirate Skeleton Walk. 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Ends Aug. 21.    The Orange Bowl hosts a National Collegiate Athletic Association Football Youth Clinic. Boys and girls ages 5 to 14 from the Orange Bowl Youth Football Alliance in South Florida and children who wish to register are invited for a football clinic with college football coaches and athletes.    The Jewish Museum of Florida hosts a Family Fun Day program inspired by its current exhibit "Isaac Bashevis Singer and His Artists."
