DEUTSCHE ORCHESTRA

   Deutsche Staatsphilharmonic, or the German Philharmonic Orchestra, brings its grand ensemble to the US for the first time. The orchestra, comprised of musicians from 16 nations, is to be led by internationally-renowned conductor and musician Philippe Entremont. 8 p.m. Knight Concert Hall at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, 1300 Biscayne Blvd., Miami. $50-$125.    Florida Grand Opera presents Offenbach’s French opera "The Tales of Hoffman." In the opera, Hoffman entertains friends in a tavern with tales of his three past loves.    Florida International University presents the Sydell Ida Wertheim Organ Concert Series featuring Douglas Cleveland.
