LET IT SNOW
Outside may be sunny, but it’s snowing inside at Dolphin Mall. Each night through the end of the year, magical wands will be handed out to young attendees so that at the strike of 7 p.m., snowfall will start with a flick of the wand. Dolphin Mall, 11401 NW 12th St., Ramblas Plaza, Doral. Details: www.shopdolphinmall.com.
Kids can play in the "snow," meet Santa, snack on free snow cones and get their face painted at "Snow Days" in the Grove. 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Virginia Street and Fuller Street in Coconut Grove. Details: www.coconutgrove.com.
G.G. Hall, rabbit rescuer and children’s book author, shares her first novel "Hershey-A Tale of a Curious House Rabbit." Based on the life of a real rabbit with the same name, the book is based on Hershey’s antics as he explores the house while his owners are asleep or away, befriending the other house rabbits. A knocked-down Christmas tree and broken bottles of syrup are just the beginning. 6 p.m. Books & Books, 265 Aragon Ave., Coral Gables. Details: (305) 442-4408 or www.booksandbooks.com.
