CAUGHT ON FILM

   In 2008 French film "Let It Rain," a workaholic feminist politician reluctantly travels to her hometown in the south of France to sort out her mother’s affairs. LADY’S LOVER

   After her husband is paralyzed in World War I, Lady Chatterley falls into a love affair with a gamekeeper, finding in him the inner kindness and physical passion long gone from her relationship with her husband.    "Agora" is a historical drama set in ancient Roman Egypt. BEHIND BARS

   Juan Oliver experiences the first day on the job from hell in "Cell 211," a 2009 Spanish film directed by Daniel Monzón. While taking a tour of the jail he’ll be policing as a new prison officer, a piece of plaster falls from the ceiling, knocking him out. The guards take him to an empty cell — 211 — to recover. But then a fight breaks out in a high-security cell block and the guards are called to the scene, leaving Juan to awake in the locked cell alone.
