JAZZ TRIO
   The Bass Museum of Art kicks of its six-week Hot Nights Cool Jazz series, featuring a happy hour and local contemporary jazz artists. This week, the Jim Gasior Trio performs. Mr. Gasior is a pianist, composer, arranger and jazz educator who has directed the New World School of the Arts jazz ensemble for ten years. He has performed with international pop artists and groups, including Kelly Clarkson, Little Richard and Smokey Robinson, and jazz artist like Duffy Jackson, Donald Harrison and Arturo Sandoval. He will be performing with his trio, Jamey Ousley on bass and John Yarling on drums. 7-9 p.m. Bass Museum of Art, 2121 Park Ave., Miami Beach. Members free. Others $10.
