CARIBBEAN CATASTROPHE

   Author, TV personality and chef of New York City's Devi Suvir Saran joins The Setai's kitchen staff in preparing a four-course Indian tasting menu. Part of The Setai's new Flavors of India theme night, offering the Indian tasting menu every Wednesday night. Three choices are offered per course, beginning with Cachumbar Pachadi — a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and yogurt — and a basket of Indian snacks and breads.
