   Ladies in training ages 12-18 can spend a half day in style at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach's Charm Camp program.    City of Miami Parks is offering summer camps at 27 parks. Activities include swimming lessons, field trips, sports, a talent show and an end-of-summer picnic. SUMMER BY THE SEA
