FLAMENCO FESTIVAL
   Flamenco Festival Miami returns for a third year, this time spotlighting flamenco's new generation of artists. In this last performance, Compañí,a Marí,a Pagés performs. Marí,a Pagés is the recipient of a National Dance Award, Spain's highest honor for dance, and is a leader in the development of modern flamenco. 8 p.m. Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, 1300 Biscayne Blvd., Miami.
