OFF TO OZ
The first officially sanctioned traveling educational exhibit based on "The Wizard of Oz" debuts at the Miami Children's Museum, taking guests on a journey from the sepia-toned Gale Farm across the Land of Oz. Items on display include Dorothy's ruby slippers, her blue gingham dress and classic movie stills. 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Ends May 9. Miami Children's Museum, 980 MacArthur Causeway, Watson Island. $12-$15. MAGIC BEANS
A quirky take on the classic story "Jack and the Beanstalk" follows Jack as he climbs his magical beanstalk only to encounter a giant inventor, a tap-dancing gray goose and a golden harp that knows how to boogey. 2 p.m. Saturdays through Feb. 27 and 2:30 p.m. Saturdays March 6-27.
