    Voices for Children Foundation, which aims to help abused, abandoned and neglected children in Miami-Dade County, holds its "Be a Voice Feel the Magic Gala." Progressive Insurance is holding tryouts in Miami for one lucky winner to appear alongside its signature insurance expert Flo — the woman with brown, flipped-up hair and bright red lipstick — in its national ad campaign. Entrants will be judged on a variety of criteria, including camera presence, originality and overall appeal.
