   A pair of expert flats fishermen lead a guided fishing excursion along the Biscayne Bay shoreline. Seek out barracuda, snook, sea trout and other shallow-water fish via kayak.    Discover the history behind the Tekesta, a Native American tribe who canoed the waters of Biscayne Bay and hunted on the high grounds of the Miami Rock Ridge, now Deering Estate at Cutler.    Happen upon tropical fish, sea stars and spotted eagle rays by kayak on a guided tour of the shallow waters of Bear Cut Preserve.
